In the early 80's Glenn started his own independent promotion company working with Klub Records / Monarch Records and Strike Records - dealing with London and Regional Radio/TV.  Artists included The Clydesiders,  Rikki, and The Tigers.  The company then expanded into a record label sigining a distribuition deal with Pinnacle Records - artists included Officers & Gentlemen, and all girl trio Brazil... all enjoying turntable success and healthy record sales.

In 1986 Glenn was asked to become A&R Director of dance label G&M Records and enjoyed chart success with The Village People / Fatback Band / Nini, and The Hard Hats.

Glenn left G&M to start a career with Fanfare Records in the early 90's, when asked by Simon Cowell to start up an international department.  Chart hits soon followed with Sinitta / Yell! / Kelly Marie and Mystic.  Following Simon's move to Arista/BMG... Glenn continued to work within the international arena securing licensing deals for heavy US rock giants Quiet Riot - striking deals for the album 'Terrified' in Scandinavia, Spain and Brasil.  While also working with soul groovers The Cool Notes,  their classic soul hits 'Spend the Night' and 'In Your Car' were remixed and licensed throughout Europe where they enjoyed chart success.  Glenn also secured licensing deals for Kagagoogoo star Limahl in Germany / Austria / Switzerland / Spain and the Benelux.

Success with Mystic included a No.1 hit in Spain with 'Ritmo de la Noche' enjoying a staggering 69 weeks in the top 30.  After the huge success of 'Ritmo' the following years saw Mystic release the hit singles 'Yo Te Quieo', 'Everybody Salsa', 'La Ola', along with the albums 'Ritmo de la Noche' and 'La Ola' that kept Mystic at the forefront of the Spanish Latino House dance scene.  Mystic recorded and released 'Spirit of Ibiza' - the song captured the essence of the hot summer days, along with the passion of the even hotter summer nights... with the track reaching No.3 in the Spanish Charts, and top 10 of the Portuguese Charts.  With the success of 'Spirit of Ibiza'... Mystic recorded 'Viva El Verano' as the follow-up which continued their chart success reaching No.1 in Brasil.

It was during this time that Glenn started working with Alberto and the hugely successful Matiz Music production team in Hamburg... and they enjoyed international chart success with their projects including The Allniters 'The Story of My Life' - which hit the charts in France, Spain, and Greece.  Also 'The Master' by The Master reached No.1 in Italy.  It was during this period that Alberto first had the idea for Freud... and together Alberto & Glenn went on to license Freud's brilliant debut album 'Time Passengers' all over the World including the US, UK, Germany, Benelux, Portugal and South East Asia.

Then in 2002 Glenn was asked to join leading newage label New World Music, developing their Promotion and PR departments, as well as being a key member of their A&R team.

After 4 and a half years with New World Music - Glenn and old friend Alberto Hauss decided to develop Tantajo Records - and today Tantajo is one of the most respected chlllout labels around, with their artists Freud and Terra del Sol being at the sharp end of their genres.  While Glenn also continues to establish GAP MuSic as a proactive and well respected label.
